Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Products without original tags or packaging.
* Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
3. Attach clear photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refund Policy
* Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
* Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
* For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by LUVLETTE Curves.
* For size exchanges or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Exchange Policy.
