- Returns are accepted only in case of:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect item received
- For all other cases, we offer exchange or store credit only.


Refund Policy


- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.


Return Process


To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Share clear images (if applicable) for quick approval.
3. Once approved, ship the item back as per instructions provided.
